I'm just a little short, fat girl...probably because I enjoy my own cooking & Grandma said "Never trust a skinny cook!" I enjoy sunrises & sunsets. I like having my coffee in the backyard, watching the birds and squirrels and I like puttering around the house and yard. It's something I haven't been able to do for many years. Guess I'm just a homebody at heart.

I guess one of the best was when the Scale Master at Boise, ID decided to measure the truck because he just KNEW it was over length. We measured the driver's side, then he looked at my student & me, shook his head and said "I know you're over length...let"s measure the other side!" So we did. Needless to say......

Learning to drive a big rig when someone told me I'd never do it! Being a solo woman driver when there weren't many of us out there. Making it for 22 yrs before having to take retirement...before I really wanted to. No DOT reportable accidents for 20 years. My various safety awards. Seeing the USA and all her wonders.
