If you are ever called by this company for a job, run. The pay they tell you on the phone is .04 cpm less, because what they say is base+per diem. Also, they do not want to take care of safety issues on the truck before they become a real problem. I had an alignment problem that was causing the left steer tire to wear badly on the inside edge, and breakdown told me to just run it till I saw cords or could get to a terminal, whichever came first. I told them this was unsafe, and the truck was going nowhere until it was fixed or at least the tire replaced, and that if they tried to dispatch me, I would take it into the first scale I came to, request a Level 1, and they could send a service truck out to replace the tire. After they replaced the tire, it was 1800 or so miles to my destination, which was near a terminal, and I took it there to get it aligned and serviced. The alignment was so far out it wasn't even funny. I then used them to get me to the terminal nearest to where I was moving to and turned the truck in, and the only regret I have had is that I have not had a job for a while while I was moving into my new home.
