04/17/2007 16:26:55 BSurface, See you online a lot, but haven't seen you putting out any comments. How about submitting a blog or commenting on some of the others out there. By the way, heard you sent Kory a message talking about John Burton's reference to the Service Profit Chain. FYI, that is me! I worked for Yellow for a number of years and we had both Len and Gary Loveman come out and speak to our entire sales & operations organizations (nationwide) to really push the concept.
