What: I am jumping out of my skin. A good friend loaned me a mountain bike last Friday for as long as I wanted it. I was in need of a little repair (new seat) however it rides like a dream. For those of you who are officanado's of single trak, the bike is a 2001 Trek Y. I just love a full suspension frame. Woo Hoo!!! Now I can drop those 25 added pounds a bit faster. So far I've lost 8 pound since October 1st.
